This coffee comes from a privately owned farm and processing site in the Shantawene Village. The washing station here processes all of the coffee from the farm and also helps out the neighboring farms when it come time to process their coffee. This particular lot is a blend of coffees from three farms which surround the Shantawene Hambela.
This coffee is full of sweetness and notes of peach and nectarine. While there are delicate tea-like notes throughout this coffee, it still holds its own againts a bit of cream and sugar. If you're the pour-over type coffee drinker, this one won't dissapoint.
