Espresso Martini's have become overwhelmingly popular over the last couple of years. They are a great way to keep a party going or pump it back up after a long ceremony day and a big delicious dinner. In 2022 at Silverado Resort in Napa, we supplied the espresso and the bar did the shaking as we watched a crowd of 100 go from sitting and tied to dancing and singing along with their fabulous DJ from San Diego. It was truly a testament to the danger of these delicious drinks.
Pulling shots and shaking 100 espresso martinis is no small feat, when asked to serve Espresso Martini at Harvest Stomp in 2023 we came up with our own large batch espresso martini recipe. It was a HIT! We have trimmed our 5 gallon recipe back for you to make something delicious for a smaller crowd.
Large Batch Espresso Martini Recipe
Espresso Martini Ingredients for a Crowd
Serves 20
20. oz Vodka (Tito's or Grey Goose)
32. oz High quality cold brew 2x concentrate : 1:4 water to coffee
4. oz espresso
4. oz simple syrup
3.5 oz Kahlua
Ice or 6oz Water*
Section 2:
Start with all chilled ingredients.
Make the simple syrup, measure 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water into a pot over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Mix everything together except for the water*
To serve shake with ice.*
Or if you're feeling lazy just add cold water to a pitcher an pour, this will make up for the missing dilution of the ice.
